Free shipping is available on many products and is noted by the ‘Free Shipping’ image. To qualify for free shipping the minimum product total must be greater than $250 and shipped to a continental United States business address.
The Following Shipping Fees Apply:
Standard shipping charges apply for orders with product total under US$250.00.
Residential Addresses are subject to a UPS $10 Surcharge additional charge.
All bottled products and other items with shipping charges are shipped by actual weight, and subject to standard UPS rates.
Standard shipping charges will apply on all product shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
Overnight, 2 or 3-Day shipping is available, subject to current applicable UPS rates.
Same Day Shipping
Same day shipping is available only when orders are confirmed by the customer and have been received by Total Access Group by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return product for credit towards future purchases. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase from Total Access Group.
All returns must be pre-approved by Total Access Group. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. To request an RA, simply contact our Customer Service Department by phone at 714-259-9200, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If applicable, we may request further documentation such as pictures of the product, including lot #’s and expiration or packaging.
Upon approval we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be listed on the mailing label of your returned package. Items shipped to our warehouse without RA# visible are refused.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Total Access Group does not charge restocking fees for returns of defective products or wrong product shipped with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Damaged or Missing Items
Any Damaged or Missing items must be reported to Total Access Group within 5 days of receipt of goods.
