Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We guarantee
everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
may return the product for credit towards future purchases. All returns must be
pre-approved by Total Access Group, Inc. Upon approval we will issue a Return
Authorization Number (RA#), which must be listed on the mailing label of your
returned package. Items shipped to our warehouse without RA# visible are refused.
There will be a 20% restocking charge for all non-defective returned product.
Any product returned must be in its original packaging and condition to receive
credit. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase from Total Access
Group, Inc. |
